Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damages or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once used.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
